Installing bird boxes

In February 2006 we put up a dozen bird boxes of different sizes throughout the wild area of the garden.  The boxes were made for us by a local organisation - SNAP - Special Needs Advancement Project.  Advice and assistance on the day was given by Alison Smith of BTCV.  It does not appear that any birds took up our kind gesture during the breeding season of 2006.  We hope for better results in 2007!
